Neponset River Greenway

Work completed at C|S|S, Boston.

Restoring social connectivity and access to nature through multi-modal trail.

For decades, the missing link in the Neponset River Trail was a 1.3-mile stretch straddling the wealthy neighborhood of Milton and the underprivileged community of Mattapan. Without this link, residents in the area lacked riverfront access , critical access to nature and safe trails to and from downtown Boston and the Blue Hills.

Diane Lipovsky was a Landscape Designer for the master plan, concept, schematic and grant application phases of this project while employed at C|S|S Boston.
