Marketing Assistant
Superbloom is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant with incredible graphic and communication skills to support our marketing efforts. Superbloom is an award-winning landscape architecture firm located in Denver, CO. We’re committed to dynamic design, environmental stewardship and deep research. We design large-scale projects for commercial, agricultural, educational, and municipal clients, focusing on work that transforms communities and ecological systems. The position will support our design team with communications, new project pursuits, and public relations. In the role, you will work with our team of designers to explore new ways of sharing our work and to convey emerging ideas about the field of landscape design.
As the Marketing Assistant, you will help bring our brand story to the forefront. You’ll shape and elevate our presence in the industry, taking ownership of our brand stewardship, marketing materials, and the orchestration of our marketing activities. You will be a part of our dynamic campaigns, craft compelling proposals, and drive our marketing strategies with data-driven insights. Collaboration is key – you will work closely with our talented team, internal and external, to ensure every project reflects the values of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and scheduling social media content
- Formatting and developing content for RFP/Q proposals on tight deadlines
- Graphic design projects to support social media content and proposals
- Assisting Marketing Manager with various marketing, communications and PR tasks as needed
- Update and maintain website for performance & SEO with tech & design partner
- Help develop marketing strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Help to marketing campaign execution to ensure all creative is completed and approved to release as per the defined schedule.
- Help maintain the organizational structure for all marketing assets (photo, video, copy, templates) for the team to easily access.
- Assist with measuring and reporting on metrics regularly to Leadership Team
- Coordinate with marketing and creative partners, contractors, and agencies.
- Work within established marketing budgets
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Exceptional graphic design skills;
- High proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva;
- Ability to draft, schedule and post material for our social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn;
- Has a solid foundation in typography, layout and principles of graphic design (digital and print);
- Strong attention to detail and copy editing;
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Desired skills and expertise include:
- Ability to draft and post material for our website using Wordpress;
- Experience formatting Indesign proposals or reports;
- Experience translating ideas and data into engaging infographics, illustrations, and diagrams to convey ideas about environmental topics and landscape design projects;
- Ability to create unique graphic design to support social media content and proposals
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Interest in marketing strategy, urban design or landscape issues
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Some experience in content development or website design
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Impeccable and responsive interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Driven to succeed and work in a rapidly growing, team-based environment
- Operates with a sense of urgency and strives for higher standards
- Insatiable curiosity

Intern
Superbloom is seeking a self-motivated and team-oriented intern with strong AutoCAD and rendering skills to work closely with our project teams and assist in all aspects of our work – from research to design, to drafting. Depending on the scale and stage of the project, interns may also attend meetings and make site visits.
