Superbloom is excited to continue our relationships in the Telluride Region with a passion for alpine communities through our current work with San Miguel County on the design of the new Mill Creek Park.

Working with the County and Open Space Commission, the design of Mill Creek Park synthesizes input from community surveys with the existing context and future planning efforts. The new park is located exactly 1-mile from the Town of Telluride, across from the restored Valley Floor and is the site of the former San Miguel City. The design will create access to this new passive open space on the edge of the forest, intertwine pathways that connect natural playscapes, a dog park, exercise stations and areas for pause and reflection. Educational signage that recognizes the history of the site will also describe the enhanced pollinator habitat and native plantings.
